Gör så här:

Spareribs

Blanda alla ingredienser till glazen. Grilla ribsen i 4-5 minuter på medelvärme på båda sidor. Pensla köttet med glazen och grilla ytterligare 3-4 minuter. Låt sedan vila i folie 10 minuter.

Bluecheesedressing

Mixa samman blåmögelost, gräddfil och salt.

Melonsallad

Dela blomkålen i mindre buketter och stek försiktigt i lite olja tills de är gyllenbruna. Skär melonen i cirka 1 cm stora kuber och skiva löken tunt. Blanda olja, vinäger och honung till en vinägrett. Smaka av med salt och peppar. Blanda allt och toppa med grovhackad persilja.
