Gör så här:

1. Sätt ugnen på 175 C.

2. Skär potatisen i stavar. Koka den i grädde, mjölk och anjovisspad tills den börjar mjukna. Smaka av med salt och peppar.

3. Skiva och stek löken gyllenbrun i hälften av smöret och farinsockret.

4. Varva potatis, anjovisfiléer och lök i en ugnsfast form.

5. Strö över ströbrödet och toppa med resterande smör i klickar.

6. Ugnsbaka tills potatisen är helt mjuk.
