Gör så här:

1. Sätt ugnen på 200 grader.

2. Smält smöret och häll i mjölken. Vispa ägg och socker vitt och poröst.

3. Blanda mjöl, bakpulver, vaniljsocker och kryddor i en bunke och rör ner i smeten tillsammans med mjölkblandningen.

4. Häll smeten i en långpanna (30x40) med bakplåtspapper i botten.

5. Dela och kärna ur päronen och lägg dem i fina rader på kakan. Strö över mandelspån och grädda i nedre delen av ugnen i 30-40 minuter. Låt svalna och skär några i rutor.
