Gör så här:

1. Sätt ugnen på 200°C.

2. Häll av kikärterna och skölj dem i kallt vatten. Låt rinna av.

3. Skala och hacka lök och vitlök. Lägg i en matberedare/mixer med resten av ingredienserna och mixa till en slät smet.

4. Forma smeten till små bollar och lägg på en bakpappersklädd plåt. Tillaga i mitten av ugnen ca 15 minuter. Vänd bollarna försiktigt efter halva tiden.

5. Förbered tzatzikin: Riv gurkan grovt på ett rivjärn och krama ur vätskan. Skala och riv vitlöken fint. Blanda gurka och vitlök med russin, yoghurt, dill, mynta, salt och peppar. Ställ i kylen ca 1 timme. Toppa med granatäpplekärnor, valnötter och olivolja vid servering.

6. Servera falafeln direkt ihop med tzatzikin.
