Ingredienser

900 g g potatisar potatis
(mjölig sort)
50 g g margarin margarin
(mjölkfritt)
0,5 dl dl havremjölk havremjölk
(alternativt soja- eller risdryck)

"Fiskpinnar":

250 g g tofu tofu
(naturell sort)
1,5 dl dl vetemjöl vetemjöl
1 tsk tsk socker socker
1 msk msk rapsolja rapsolja
1,5 dl dl vatten vatten
1 tsk tsk havssalt havssalt
2 dl dl ströbröd ströbröd
(eller panko)

Citronsås:

2 dl dl havre fraiche havre fraiche
1 tsk tsk citronskal citronskal
(finrivet)
0,5 msk msk citronsaft citronsaft
(färskpressad)
1 msk msk dill dill
(färsk finhackad)
1 krm krm salt salt

Till servering:

gurkor gurka
citroner citron

Gör så här:

1. Förbered citronsåsen: Rör ihop alla ingredienser och ställ i kylen till servering.

2. Skala och skär potatisen i större bitar. Koka mjuk i lättsaltat vatten.

3. Under tiden potatisen kokar förbereder du ”fiskpinnarna”. Torka av tofun med hushållspapper för att ta bort överflödig vätska. Skär tofun i 12 bitar.

4. Vispa ihop mjöl, socker, rapsolja, vatten och flingsalt. Häll ströbrödet i en skål. Doppa tofun i mjölsmeten och vänd sedan i ströbröd. Stek i rikligt med rapsolja tills de fått en gyllene, fin färg på båda sidorna.

5. Mosa potatisen och blanda med margarin, havre, soja - eller risdryck och en nypa salt. Vispa till ett slätt mos.

6. Servera ”fiskpinnarna” med potatismos, citronsås, gurka och citronklyftor.
